Here is the NA LCS schedule for Spring 2017

It all kicks off with a rematch of TSM vs. C9.

Riot Games

After a long wait, the schedule for the 2017 North American League Championship Series Spring Split has been released. The NA LCS is the top-flight League of Legends competition in North America, and now features a whopping five (out of ten) teams owned by someone with NBA ties.

Here’s the roster of teams for this split. Team Dignitas, Echo Fox, FlyQuest, Immortals and Team Liquid all have NBA money in their ownership groups.

  • Cloud9
  • Counter Logic Gaming
  • Team Dignitas
  • Echo Fox
  • FlyQuest
  • Immortals
  • Team Liquid
  • Phoenix1
  • Team Envy
  • Team SoloMid

Team SoloMid are the defending champions this split, after defeating Cloud9 3-2 in the Summer Finals. Per tradition, the season will start with a rematch of that final, as TSM will take on C9 in the season opener January 20 at 6 p.m. ET.

While the schedule for weeks 1-4 has been set, Riot is implementing “flex scheduling” for weeks 5-9. The games have been locked in for those weeks, but Riot has the freedom to move around the days, times, locations and streams to ensure the most anticipated matchups get the best time slot.

The broadcasting will be different this year, too — Riot announced a seven-year, $300 million streaming deal with BAMTech, the streaming affiliate of Major League Baseball and Disney.

The NA LCS Spring Playoffs will take place April 8-23. No location for the final has been announced yet.

  • Quarterfinals: April 8-9
  • Semifinals: April 15-16
  • Finals: April 22-23

The Promotion Tournament will take place March 31-April 2. The Summer Split has tentatively been scheduled for June 2-September 3.
