Versus 2019 skins: Fuzz Fizz, Corgi Corki, Pretty Kitty Rengar, and Meowrick are adorable

A new set of skins have popped up across social media to be added to the Public Beta Environment cycle for patch 9.6 and they’re ... animals? In the same vein as the horrendous (or adorable, depending on your stance) Pug’Maw, it looks like a chunk of champions are turning into house pets and pet lovers!

For dogs, we got Fizz, who just turned into a dog and Corki, who’s now riding an adorable corgi. Rengar has turned even moreso into an adorable kitty and Yorick ... hung up his ghouls for some cats. Fizz is also getting a Prestige Edition of his skin, though there’s no word on whether this will be a pass-based skin or a Prestige Points skin yet.

This all seems to be for the Versus event for 2019. In a previous /dev diary video from earlier this year, Riot announced that the event that normally evolves around rivalries would be a bit more lighthearted this year. Instead of picking dark or light or one champion over the other, we’re duking it out in a debate that really matters: cats or dogs?

These skins will be moving to the PBE soon and will be available to test. They should move to live servers with the rest of patch 9.6.
