There are nine other World Cup skins that match in the set. All-Star Akali, Goalkeeper Blitzcrank, Striker Ezreal and Red Card Katarina released in 2010 and Sweeper Alistar, Superfan Gragas, Striker Lucian, Goalkeeper Maokai and Red Card Twisted Fate released in 2014. All of these past skins are legacy, which means they are only available during certain times of the year. This may mean that these skins are legacy as well, but we don’t know that for sure yet.
Both skins are tentatively priced at 975 RP.

Sweeper Rammus is the beloved Armordillo’s seventh skin. Guardian of the Sands Rammus was his most recent skin, releasing in April 2015.
Both of these skins should make their way on to the Public Beta Environment soon with a live release in patch 8.12.
