On Friday, some additional hotfixes for patch 8.11 went out in addition to the Pyke buffs we saw before. Yasuo, Kai’Sa, Ezreal and Taliyah all got some tweaks, as well as Banner of Command, which has been getting a lot of player complaints.
Yasuo
BASE ATTACK DAMAGE 60 ⇒ 63
Q - STEEL TEMPEST CRIT DAMAGE 150% ⇒ 180% (Tooltip will be updated in 8.12!)
BUGFIX The combination of Brawler’s Gloves and Infinity Edge now properly grants Yasuo 40% critical strike chance
Yasuo’s buffs were to help make up from his lack of early-game damage or critical strike chance. Building a Zeal as your first item feels bad because there’s no AD that comes with it, so he got a bit of a buff.
Kai’Sa
PLASMA BASE ON-HIT DAMAGE 7-12 at levels 1-16 ⇒ 4-10 at levels 1-16
PLASMA PER-STACK DAMAGE 1-9 at levels 1-17 ⇒ 1-5 at levels 1-17
PLASMA AP RATIO 0.2/0.25/0.3/0.35/0.4 (for stacks 1-5) ⇒ 0.1/0.125/0.15/0.175/0.2 (for stacks 1-5)
W - VOID SEEKER RATIO 0.45 ability power ⇒ 0.6 ability power
Kai’Sa is getting hit with the nerf hammer because Rageblade is making her a little too strong in the early game compared to the crit-reliant ADCs.
Ezreal
ATTACK DAMAGE GROWTH 3.11 ⇒ 2.5
PASSIVE - RISING SPELL FORCE ATTACK SPEED 10/12/14% per stack ⇒ 10% per stack at all levels
Ezreal was just too strong since he didn’t rely on the crit items that all recently got changed. While most ADCs were weakened a bit, he wasn’t and that was an issue.
Taliyah
BASE ATTACK DAMAGE 56 ⇒ 58
Q - THREADED VOLLEY DAMAGE VS CHAMPIONS 40% for rocks beyond the first ⇒ 60% for rocks beyond the first
E - UNRAVELED EARTH DASH DAMAGE 35/45/55/65/75 (+0.2 ability power) ⇒50/60/70/80/90 (+0.3 ability power)
Since Taliyah’s wave control got nerfed, Riot decided to give her some extra beef to dish out damage to champions.
Banner of Command
EMPOWERED MINION DAMAGE REDUCTION 70% ⇒ 40% (Tooltip will be updated in 8.12!)
Stacking Banner of Commands became an issue and it started to become too good of an item against every champ (instead of just AP champs, like how it was before).
