This is another small patch to slow things down before preseason. Only a small handful of champions are getting balance changes and there’s four new skins releasing this patch. The big changes on PBE we’ve been seeing aren’t quite making it in here as of yet, but we can expect the preseason patch coming up next, since the ranked season ends during patch 8.22.
