Zac has been terrorizing the Rift since his update and Cho’Gath’s update in the last patch has made him way too strong. Lucky for us, they’ve been majorly toned down in the most recent patch.
Cho’Gath’s Vorpal Spikes now deal less damage at it’s max level, going from 20/35/50/65/80 to 20/30/40/50/60. It also deals three percent of the target’s maximum health, instead of 4 percent.
Zac’s Stretching Strikes now cost double the health it used to (up from four percent to eight percent) and the cooldown at all ranks has increased by one second. His Unstable Matter damage has also been nerfed from 30/45/60/75/90 to 15/30/45/60/75.
Both of these champions are extremely health-heavy and that leads to them doing massive damage while also seeming too tanky. While these nerfs won’t directly change their tanky sides, it should make them seem less scary when it comes to getting obliterated by random ganks.
