In patch 7.14, Duskblade of Draktharr was buffed in a mortifying way. The item granted a 99 percent slow and massive bonus attack damage on hit. This made Duskblade really strong on AD carries and to no surprise, champions like Jhin were rushing the item immediately.
Thankfully in patch 7.15, ranged damage has been significantly reduced on the item, making it still good for assassins, but less good on ADCs.
INITIAL PATCH 7.14 DAMAGE: 105-360 (at levels 1-18)
UPDATED PATCH 7.14 DAMAGE: 55-360 (at levels 1-18)
PATCH 7.15 DAMAGE: 65-320 (at levels 1-18) for melee champions, 45-300 (at levels 1-18) for ranged champions
[REMOVED] RANGED SLOW: Ranged Nightstalker procs no longer slow the target
The 99 percent slow has also been removed for ranged champions, which made Jhin a nightmare. You don’t typically want to eat more than one bullet from that guy and being slowed like that made it so you would definitely eat two.
The item still could be wreaking havoc on strong assassins like Kha’Zix or Talon, but at least we have one less position to worry about for now.
