League of Legends Lunar Revel crafting and missions guide

Lunar Revel 2018 has started, which means that there are a whole lot of missions and crafting to do.

You don’t have to equip any Lunar Revel icons to do any of the missions this time around and if you complete all the missions, you should get just enough tokens to get one of the Golden Chromas. (If you don’t want any of those, there’s also other loot to claim.)

The event is happening until Feb. 19 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Missions

Missions are hidden until unlock them by completing the ones on your list. You can also complete all of these in bot games, since those are matchmade.

Arrival of the Demigods

Win any matchmade game

Reward: 10 Revel Tokens, Year of the Dog Icon

Maiden of the Revel (1 of 2)

Deal 15,000 damage to enemy champions in 1 game OR get 20 assists

Reward: 4 Revel Tokens

Maiden of the Revel (2 of 2)

Deal 40,000 damage to enemy champions on Summoner’s Rift OR deal 75,000 damage to enemy champions on Howling Abyss

Reward: 4 Revel Tokens, 100 Blue Essence

Disciplined Training

Heal 3,000 damage

Reward: 2 Revel Tokens

Ferocious Training

Kill a Dragon as a team

Reward: 2 Revel Tokens

The First Attack

Kill 500 minions as a team

Reward: 4 Revel Tokens, 100 Blue Essence

The Darkness Grows

Deal the killing blow on 3 enemy wards AND place 3 control wards

Reward: 4 Revel Tokens, 100 Blue Essence

The Demigods Return

Deal 25,000 damage to enemy champions in 3 separate games OR collect 100,000 gold

Reward: 8 Revel Tokens

The Disciplined Demigod (1 of 2)

Heal 10,000 damage AND kill Baron or Vilemaw as a team

Reward: 6 Revel Tokens

The Disciplined Demigod (2 of 2)

Deal 75,000 damage to enemy champions OR win a PvP game with Nasus on your team

Reward: 8 Revel Tokens, 200 Blue Essence

The Ferocious Demigod (1 of 2)

Kill 3 Cloud Drakes and/or Infernal Drakes AND kill 3 Mountain Drakes and/or Ocean Drakes

Reward: 6 Revel Tokens

The Ferocious Demigod (2 of 2)

Get 100 kills and/or assists OR win a PvP game with Warwick on your team

Reward: 8 Revel Tokens, 200 Blue Essence

The Second Attack

Kill a neutral Rift Herald as a team OR destroy 4 inhibitors as a team

Reward: 6 Revel Tokens, 150 Blue Essence

Banish the Darkness

Place a control ward in 3 games AND get a killing blow on 8 enemy wards

Reward: 6 Revel Tokens, 150 Blue Essence

The Final Attack

Kill 1,500 minions as a team AND destroy 10 towers as a team

Reward: 6 Revel Tokens, 150 Blue Essence

The Demigods Unite

Win a PvP matchmade game OR win 3 matchmade games in under 20 minutes

Reward: 6 Revel Tokens, 150 Blue Essence

Restore Peace

Win a PvP Summoner’s Rift game in under 30 minutes OR win a PvP game with Lux on your team

Reward: Year of The Dog Emote

Loot

Revel Tokens: These are the currency for the event! You get them from either completing missions or buying crafting bundles.

Loading screen borders and icons: Craftable, costs 64 tokens and you can only claim one set using free-to-play tokens. The loading screen border is useless if you don’t own the respective skin.

Revel Orb: This event’s version of a loot box. It contains one skin shard but it also has a chance to drop a Revel Grab Bag, Golden Revel Token, Gemstone or Gemstone Skin Shard. It guarantees a 975 RP skin once ever three rolls.

Revel Grab Bag: This contains five skin shards. Each skin shard is from a different skin tier going from 520 RP to 1820 RP. You can buy a bundle with this special bag in it, but there’s a change it’ll drop from Revel Orbs.

Revel Skin Shard: It has a Lunar Revel skin shard in it, as expected. It doesn’t include this year’s Nasus, Warwick, or Lux skins.

Golden Chromas: The grand prize of this event, gotten from using a Golden Revel Token! Grab an icon and chroma of your choice in exchange for 96 Revel Tokens. In order to get the chroma, you must have the respective Lunar Revel skin. If you don’t have the skin yet, the chroma will still be on your account and it will wait for you to get the skin from one way or another.

Crafting

Trade in your Revel Tokens for loot. If you don’t want to pay for extra tokens (which come in some crafting bundles), think wisely about what you want, as you only get 96 free tokens.
