2:59 p.m. ET: UOL has jumped out to an early lead thanks to an explosive play in the bot lane. After first blood for Samux, the full fight ended up 3-1 in UOL’s favor, with kills for each of its carry laners.

A few minutes later, Exileh picked up another kill, making it a 4-1 advantage for UOL. Misfits pulled two back, however, and it’s 5-3 UOL at 14 minutes.
2:44 p.m. ET: We’re headed to Game 4! Here are the comps:
UOL: Rumble, Rengar, Vladimir, Jhin, Tahm Kench
MSF: Gragas, Graves, Kayle, Ashe, Zyra
2:26 p.m. ET: Despite UOL’s best efforts (including a late Baron), Misfits has finally closed this one out 19-9 at 49 minutes. Much of the credit has to go to Alphari’s Kennen, who ended the game 6.6k gold up on Vizicsacsi’s Rumble and was a split-pushing terror.

2:03 p.m. ET: Misfits has taken a commanding lead, taking advantage of a massive lead for Alphari in the top lane to build a 6k gold lead at 27 minutes. Misfits has taken baron and is looking to extend this series to a fourth game.
1:46 p.m. ET: UOL takes an early lead through a Xerxe gank, but Misfits’ solo laners each earn solo kills to take a small advantage. PowerOfEvil continues his strong series with the surprise kill against Exileh here.

Misfits: Kennen, Rengar, Lulu, Ashe, Karma
UOL: Rumble, Graves, LeBlanc, Lucian, Thresh
1:15 p.m. ET: After a back-and-forth mid game with UOL retaining most of the game’s control, another Exileh triple kill gives his team the window to close out Game 2 13-7 in 41 minutes.

12:41 p.m. ET: At five minutes, Xerxe and Exileh invade the Misfits jungle, killing KaKAO for First Blood. But PowerOfEvil somehow outplays both opponents on his signature Orianna, picking up two kills.

UOL still has the gold lead, thanks to the First Blood and a kill for Vizicsacsi (aided by a Xerxe gank), but PowerOfEvil’s Orianna can easily become terrifying with a gold advantage.
12:33 p.m. ET: Game 2 comps are in:
UOL: Rumble, Graves, Vladimir, Lucian, Braum
MSF: Fizz, Rengar, Orianna, Caitlyn, Lulu
12:11 p.m. ET: UOL has finally ended this marathon game. Misfits was able to stall with almost infinite wave clear and five kills for PowerOfEvil’s Corki, but a triple kill for Exileh’s LeBlanc in a team fight at 52 minutes leads to the game-ending push and a 20-13 Game 1 victory.

11:45 a.m. ET: UOL turned its early game lead into a large mid game lead, with Xerxe’s Gragas flying around the map and making plays. But at 25 minutes, Misfits wins a big fight at Baron, setting up what looks like an easy Baron.
Then Xerxe struck again, stealing Baron and preventing the game from tipping in Misfits’ favor.

Just a few moments later, Xerxe ganked mid, picking up a kill for Exileh against PoE. UOL has used its top lane advantage to pick up first tower, and the lead is more than 2K at 11 minutes.
11:19 a.m. ET: The team comps are in for Game 1:

UOL: Renekton, Gragas, LeBlanc, Lucian, Tahm Kench
The semifinal round of the 2017 EU LCS Spring Split Playoffs continues Sunday, when Group B winners Unicorns of Love take on former Challenger Series champions Misfits. The winner will take on two-time defending title winners G2 Esports in Hamburg next week, while the loser will face Fnatic in the third-place match.
For all the information about the schedule, bracket and results from all of the EU LCS Playoffs, check out our post here.
UOL went 11-2 in matches during the regular split, beating out H2K for first place in the group by one series. That earned the team a bye to the semifinal round, where they will face one of the two teams that beat them this year (Misfits won 2-1 in Week 6). The team is led by veteran top laner Vizicsacsi and EU LCS Rookie of the Split Xerxe in the jungle.
Misfits qualified for the EU LCS this split after running through the Challenger Series last summer. Misfits continued its success in the EU LCS, going 8-5 in the regular season and earning the No. 2 spot out of Group A. The team is led by young prospects in the side lanes and veterans at jungle and in the mid lane. Misfits advanced to the semifinal after a reverse sweep of Splyce in the quarterfinal round.
The best-of-five series will start at 11 a.m. ET.
