How to watch LCS week 3: the schedule, the format and the streams

Same patch, different players.

Riot Games

This week the players will still be playing on patch 6.11, so we won't be seeing too many new picks. Lucian and Ezreal remain at high pick-rates in higher elo on this patch, so we will more than likely be seeing them throughout the week. Y-yay...more Lucian...woohoo...

Mateusz "Kikis" Szkudlarek also stepped down from G2 despite his excellent performance because he wanted to be the sole starting top-laner for the team. Dae-han "Expect" Ki will be starting in his place. Phoenix1's jungler, Kevin "Zentinel" Pires also stepped down and will more-than-likely be replaced by Rami "Inori" Charagh. No official statement by the team has been made yet.

The EU Game of the Week is H2K vs. G2 Esports. The two teams will be battling out for first place, since G2 sits at first and H2k at second. NA's Game of the Week is Cloud9 vs. Team SoloMid, which should be pretty hype, since the teams have a rivalry. (It's not as big as Counter Logic Gaming's and Team SoloMid's, but still pretty big.)

North America will now be using a best-of-three format in the regular season, while Europe will be using best-of-two. With more games on the schedule, that means both leagues will use simultaneous streams, allowing you to choose which series you'd rather watch.

Each team will play two series each week. All games will still be streamed on YouTube, and the Riot Games Twitch stream will rotate dependent on matchups. For the rosters, click here for NA and here for EU.
