LEC Spring Split 2019: Rosters, Franchised teams, and more

The re-branded LEC is franchised and ready to roar

Riot Games

The EU LCS returns with a new name. The region is now known as the LEC (League of Legends European Championship), is franchised, and has a lot of new sponsors, including Kia and Shell.

Some new teams have grabbed franchised spots and some old favorites have returned from the depths. To make things easier for you, we’ve compiled all the players and teams in one simple place so you know who you want to root for. The roster change season is over and things are locked in. We have some wild stuff, like Perkz moving from mid lane to ADC and some of the usual stuff, like Rekkles staying on Fnatic.

The 2019 LEC season starts on Jan. 18 at 12 p.m. ET. You can watch the games live on Twitch and YouTube, though you’ll have to watch through the LoL Esports website for viewing rewards. You can always watch VODs uploaded to the LoL Esports website for rewards.
