How to watch the NA LCS Summer Split 2018 quarterfinals

Four teams each look to get a step closer to Worlds

Riot Games

After one of the closest NA LCS splits of all time, it’s finally time for the 2018 Summer Split playoffs. While moving on to the next round of the playoffs is a reward for the teams, this split’s playoffs also has a little more on the line with every team still trying to secure a spot as one of North America’s representatives at the 2018 World Championships.

In the weekend’s first match, Echo Fox take on TSM. This is a match between two of the league’s heaviest hitters, but both teams have struggled with consistency so far this summer. The two teams have faced off three times so far this split — twice during the regular season and once in a tiebreaker — with Echo Fox taking home the victory in all three matches. But TSM is impossible to count out in a playoff spot and they’ll be fighting to return to their former glory after a quarterfinal defeat in last split’s playoffs.

In the weekend’s second match, 100 Thieves will take on FlyQuest. While 100 Thieves is likely the most consistent team in the NA LCS, FlyQuest seems a little more streaky. Unfortunately for them, the last couple of weeks haven’t been their best. That being said, if there’s one good place to begin a streak, it’s in the playoffs.

Both of these series will be best of five and can be seen on lolesports.com or Riot’s Twitch and YouTube channels.
