This patch is pretty small in champion balance changes, but is filled with tweaks to change up the jungle.
Jungle experience and items have been changed, so some jungle camps will hit a bit harder early on and you’ll have to preserve mana a bit more. Junglers have been a bit too strong and those early level three ganks haven’t been the best for laners (unless you’re getting the gank).
Bounty kills are also not going to give gold across the team anymore and are just focused on whoever did the killing, just like how it used to be. This will help individuals snowball more, as opposed to entire teams snowballing.
This patch also brings the awesome Pulsefire skins for Shen, Riven and Twisted Fate. There aren’t enough skins for every position yet to play an on-meta Pulsefire team, but you can probably work Pulsefire Caitlyn and Ezreal in somehow to make a team.
