Counter Logic Gaming adds Biofrost and Reignover to starting roster

CLG also bids farewell to longtime support player Aphromoo.

Riot Games

Shortly after announcing the departure of former support Zaqueri “Aphromoo” Black on Sunday, Counter Logic Gaming announced their 2018 starting roster which will include newcomers to the team, jungler Kim “Reignover” Yeujin and support Vincent “Biofrost” Wang.

Kim comes from a history of success both in Europe as well as North American, having played two winning splits with former NA LCS team Immortals, as well as advancing to the World’s semifinals with Fnatic back when he played in the EU LCS. Despite this success, Kim struggled during the 2017 season as the jungler for Team Liquid losing his spot as the team’s starter just halfway through the summer split.

Meanwhile, Wang will join CLG after a career that has, so far, only included chief rival, TSM. Wang started his LCS career with Team SoloMid back in the summer of 2016 and has played with the team ever since. Wang participated in two World Championships with TSM as well as winning all three NA LCS Finals that he has played in.
