(Update, 8/22: Clarity on exactly what happened and why, via Riot).
The first game of Sunday’s NA LCS semifinal series between Team SoloMid and Counter Logic Gaming was remade after a visual bug with Aurelion Sol. The bug caused a pause earlier in the game, and after it appeared again a remake was announced.
TSM’s owner said on Twitter the bug caused Aurelion Sol to appear in multiple bushes at the same time, which sounds pretty bad.
Our team sees aurelion in multiple bushes at once. Weird bug, but we backed off that . Soraka shuda died there.Rough start though.

The bug was explained on the broadcast:
Aurelion Sol will be disabled for the rest of the series, which is a huge blow to CLG. Mid laner Huhi was one of the first mid laners to take to the champion, playing him a lot at the Mid-Season Invitational, and it fits in well with the current roam-heavy champion. TSM’s mid laner Bjergsen prefers Taliyah, and you could argue Aurelion Sol is Huhi’s best champion.
In the game, CLG was trailing in gold but up 2-0 in kills, both of which were assisted by Huhi’s Aurelion Sol, like this roam bot:

In the remade version of Game 1, the two teams picked the exact same compositions as the original game, with one exception: Huhi’s playing Taliyah now.
