Sunday’s scheduled quarterfinal between fourth-seed H2K and fifth-seed Fnatic has been postponed until Tuesday August 16 after an audio issue caused multiple hours of delays.
Due to an unresolvable tech issue we will be postponing the #EULCS Quarterfinal between H2K and FNATIC until Tuesday August 16 at 5pm CEST.— lolesports (@lolesports) August 14, 2016
The teams went into picks and bans for Game 1, nearly finishing the team compositions before an audio issue on Fnatic’s side caused a pause. The EU broadcasting team admirably filled in for about two hours of delay before it was announced the game would be postponed.
