How to watch LCS week 1: the schedule, the format and the streams

Finals rematches in Europe and NA kick off the LCS season. Here's how to watch.

Your long, long, multiple week wait is over. There ain't no rest for League of Legends fans or players, as after a very brief midseason break the LCS has returned, with plenty of North American and European action coming your way this weekend.

Before getting into the schedule, there are some things you should know, as the format and how you watch the games have changed.

North America will now be using a best-of-three format in the regular season, while Europe will be using best-of-two. With more games on the schedule, that means both leagues will use simultaneous streams, allowing you to choose which series you'd rather watch.

Each team will play two series each week. All games will still be streamed on YouTube, and the Riot Games Twitch stream will rotate dependent on matchups. For the rosters, click here for NA and here for EU.
